How do I receive a quote for my printing?
Simple. Two ways: (1) Just upload the file and you will receive a quote generally within 24 hours, or (2) Just call us and talk to one of our specialists who can help you.

What if I don't know what I want to print and need ideas or designs?
Just call us. We are happy to help.

When do I receive my product?
Depending on the level of complexity of the print, we generally print and ship product within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Can I modify the print once it has been submitted?
Yes, until the actual printing process has begun.

What do I do if I am not happy with the print?
Just return it to us in the box it came from with the return label. If it is our error, we will issue a full refund to you.

What happens if I lost the return shipping label?
Simply give us a call and we will email you a new one.

What material is the most appropriate for my print?
We have most variations of plastics, metals, ceramics, glass, and many others available. Contact us for more information or to speak with one of our specialists. 

What if I need my product shipped to an international address?
